There is no such thing as suspension of an account in Diablo3, as far as i know?

I do not understand how much you have to be devoid of imagination to write such meaningless things...

whatever :)

I had been using a "power-leveling service" since beginning of June which I thought was hand-playing my three accounts, apparently they were just using bots.

The "power-leveling" guys got a hold of me the 11th of July telling that my two of my three accounts had been suspended due to use of "power-leveling" but after talking to Blizz, they said that they had proof that a unauthorized third party program had been used on them.

After this, my para 5xx account was banned permanently while my para 7xx account was unbanned around 2 weeks...meaning I logged on and saw that my account was not banned in my account on battle.net anymore.

After I found out this, I just started to use demonbuddy myself to save me the cost.

Don't listen to these n00bs, they are in denial. This is what they always do when someone says they got banned. Keep running those Ghom profiles 24/7 n00bs, because Blizz totally does not care about botting.

I don't think they care about botting on Diablo, a game that has no economy.

Anyway, the powerlevel service admit using demonbuddy.

Email the 11th of July from Blizzard. (second account which I can play again)

A user of this account has recently been involved in actions deemed inappropriate for Diablo III. The account action detailed below was made after a thorough investigation of the situation as a whole. Though we are unable to discuss the outcome of our investigation due to privacy concerns, rest assured that this incident has been looked into very thoroughly and appropriate action taken on all accounts involved.

Account Action: Account Closure
Offence: Unapproved Third Party Software
A third party program is any file or program that is used in addition to the game to gain an unfair advantage. These programs may increase movement speed or teleport heroes from one place to another beyond what is allowed by game design. It also includes any programs that obtain information from the game that is not normally available to the regular player or that transmit or modify any of the game files.

Cheat Programs ("Hacks")
We take action against accounts using hacks when a hero on the account is identified using a hack program. Hacks provide benefits normally not achievable in the game. Such benefits may include: increased speed, teleportation, or running through walls.

Automation Programs ("Bots")
We take action against accounts using automation programs or bots when one or more heroes on the account are identified using a bot to achieve automation.

This Diablo III account has been closed based on a review of the account and all related policy violations, in accordance with the Terms of Use (Blizzard Entertainment - Error!) and our In-Game Policies (Diablo III Policies - Battle.net Support).

Any open bids or auctions at the time of the account’s closure have been cancelled. Your open bids will be refunded to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 days for processing depending on the availability of your financial institution. Any bids or auctions completed prior to the account’s closure will not be refunded or reversed.

Moving forward, this Diablo III account and any heroes or items associated with the account are no longer accessible. The only way to continue playing Diablo III is to purchase a new licence or attempt to recover access by appealing account closure. While closure overturns are very unlikely, we advise that customers pursuing an appeal wait to purchase a new Diablo III licence until the appeal process has completed. If you add a new Diablo III licence, the new account will overwrite your old account and any prior heroes or items will be permanently erased.

Any disputes or questions concerning this account action can only be addressed by submitting a ticket through the Battle.net support site. To submit a ticket, please visit Battle.net Support. Our support team will not be able to investigate account actions over the phone.

We understand that these policies may seem harsh, but they are in place to ensure that every player is able to fully enjoy their time spent on Battle.net. Thank you for respecting our position.

Regards,

Email from Blizzard the 11th of July from the banned account. (in Italian since the original account owner was Italian.)

Questa pagina contiene informazioni su come fare ricorso per una sospensione: How to Appeal Suspensions and Closures - Battle.net Support

Cordiali saluti,
Blizzard

Anyway, the powerlevel service admit using demonbuddy.

I don't believe for a second that they would actually admit they were botting on your account. So that part (at least) is complete and total BS. I use demonbuddy pretty much 24/7 on multiple accounts and so does most everyone else here. If DB was detectable, you would see hundreds of bans, not just you. Those power leveling services are all run by low-life Chinese pieces of garbage, and they use every hax in the book to get the leveling done as quickly as possible so they can move on to their next victim.

Dont see why there is so much hate/anger around here.

Anyway, the powerleveling serice helped me setup DB for me since I had used alot of money there. Ofcourse, there might be a chance they used hack.

Im sorry if I offended anyone my making this thread, I presume it was because of bot I got this ban and just wanted to help put.
