Went offline with all my bots yesterday before maintenance. Restarted all of them today after noon. One got hit, all others fine.

I was banned 2 hours ago, no mail so far and if I log into Bnet the status of my D3 license is still: ACTIVE
Submitted a ticket, lets have a look ;)

Yep. Account is def. banned. (yar couldn?t login anymore)
I had already a longer chit chat with Blizz support. But its annoying and stupid and useless. You are a bad botter go the hell.
But who cares, I have 3 backup accounts, so this one is already replaced :)
 
now it gets really strange...

Now I finally got the blizzard email regarding my account suspension.
Since it is in german I will try to translate:

Diablo III - Account Lock
Account has been temp. suspended because your email has been compromised.
Maybe trojans, keylogger, etc. etc.
To protect your account the licence is temp. locked.
Contact us via phone or open a ticket via website

Well...that is funny. Made already a ticket via my bnet account and they telling me I am using 3rd party.
Lets see what they tell me if I call their support tomorrow...
 
so, now you know the difference between locked and banned.
Dude, I know the diffrence.
The text at login says all: "This account has been suspended due to violations of Battle.net service policies..."
I called them today refering to the "suspension" mail I got and the nice lady told me, that the mail seems to be a mistake. The account has been banned and she can?t do anything for me.
But I can always write to: [email protected]

But thats a waste of time. This account is gone :)
