4) How did you level your characters? Please give some details

3/5 ran A3 normal mp10 > nightmare mp10 to 60, other 2 hand lvled, the one that got banned ran the lvling profile

RadAtom + Trinity, then switched to Trinity + Unstucker when switched over to DBTag

1hr/day since I'm using the computer, but it's always in the background.

Only on mule

From 3rd party? No. Only one mule was selling gold through RMAH

What did that one account do that the others didn't? I've personally always been suspicious of repeated attempts to log in after they bring the server down for maintenance - and I noticed both my bots trying to log in incessantly last Tuesday morning, which has never happened before. Did the account that got banned try to log in over and over when they were doing server maintenance?

I also had 1 of 2 accunts banned, It was my oldest and most efficient monk. still Going on the other

No VMware was used, nothing was special about this account besides the fact that it was my most efficient/highest-lvled account. Not by much though.

All bot on the same IP, split between two computers, each computer only has one bot opened simultaneously.

I never used any relogger, so once it's down, it's down for the night. Unless during the time I'm on the computer. I'd manually log back in.
