The 4 botting Accounts get no Ban... I'm confused...
 
But why he was banned for third party? Because It's the only account that has not Bottet.
But I have opened a ticket. let's see what comes out.
 
did u reviced a notification from blizzy regarding the banning reason? maybee its AH/RMAH releated
 
They will get to Your other accounts, just need several more hours/days to process this case.

If you never had bot on this account, I suggest you appeal on it and try to convince them that you didn't used third party program. Probably they banned this because you had traded with your botting accounts but still its not a legitimate reason for them to ban this even if you used same IP for all your accounts. Maybe you had a roommate who plays D3 also and he asked you since you wont play often maybe you can sell some stuff for him?
did you logged in this account while other accounts were botting at the same time?

of course I have to say that the account was intended to sell all of the valuable items in the RMAH.
I was not aware that an account is also banned for that.
I just thought that accounts for botting will be banned.
 
U must have traded item/gold from bot acc to this so call safe account, then there is no surprise if they ban you. Where are the items come from when u only have a lvl34 monk, from bots =)
And other bots accounts might be just dead men walking, who knows.

How to sell items in the RMAH? Simply with the botting Account?
 
i'd dump your stuff. they don't always follow up on the rest of the accounts with bans (personal experience) but its really damn common

Yes possibility but not certainty. That's also why not everyone is getting banned through linked transactions.

With the data d3 is recording, like how you can see every transaction you made in the auction house, I do believe they are monitoring in game trades as well, and it should be very easy to find out where an item went and ban anything suspicious alone the line. The only thing is holding them back from doing things like that is public relations.

If you just sell gold, which can be safer than sell items on RMAH.

I also have to say, its all my personal opinion and you don't have to believe any of the bs I have said, but it does make sense to me.
 
If your 4 bot accounts aren't banned, my advice would be don't prod the beast with ticket appeals; that might lead to further unwanted investigation into your accounts.
 
Sorry I'm new here but I didn't know they banned safe accounts? So if i passed all my items/gold to my main and used my main to sell them, my main would get banned? That sucks.
 
When i was first banned it was around when i was trading large amounts of gold to another account
 
considering this topic we can agree on the fact that they dont have a bot recognizing script, more like auction sensor who checks how fast u sell how much u sell how much u earn

+1, hapened to me, from 1 ban (i was not boting with that char) i had 5 acc ban same week
