mannualy, took 5 days to hit 60, started botting today morning

trinity, atom

7) How many hours per day did you bot for?:
botted for over 6 hours and got banned

dude, something is going on... how the heck they freaking catch us like that, with so little time botting and manually leveled, theres something rotten going on around here....doesnt matter we can level as many as we want if once we hit 60 and start botting they shut us down....thats lame

Make sure none of your accounts have matching addresses, credit cards, paypal accounts, etc that may match the accounts that got banned before >.<

Ernani I'm sorry you lost your toon :(

Seriously, do you honestly think blizzard is checking each account by hand for adresses and stuff that were on the old accounts? All these bans are system bans based on some algoritm detection or statistic they use and not matching adress and stuff, and no i dont even have an adress on the accounts just a country...

Updated DemonBuddy and plugins etc? or did you use any form of old "detected" version? (though we still don't know for sure if this one isn't)

It wouldn't be by hand lol, we're all set up on b*****.net and all they would need to do is a regional profile search and flag any paypal accounts, phone numbers, addresses, etc that match existing bans. It's be simple.
 
They only ban for TOS violations... Now on the flipside when they investigate a "I was banned and you need to unban me" dispute.. They probably can take this information into account.. i.e. Possible past violations...

Than again this may not be the case either as Blizzard could easily venture to envision a scenario of player A had their parent/GF/BF/Grandma pay for and setup an account and the same with a few sibling.... Thus they all would have the same account information but be different players....

Also on the other hand "All they would need to do" you are talking about a MASSIVE search.. Would not be very simple... Look at it this way.. Blizzard sold 6.3 million copies of D3 in the first week when it was released... It has now been 7 months... There database is incredibly massive hence why they have to perform regular maintenance or risk the entire thing failing due to fragmentation and stale records... Also there wouldn't be any simple fast way they could make something like this available customer server reps, this type of search if made available would if ran regularly place a HUGE strain on there already strained servers...

I would venture to guess the only ones who could place that kind of search would be there Database Admins whom aren't just going to run such a massive LEFT JOIN, RIGHT JOIN search on there databases....

Thats like saying google cant search their massive databases...... Massive databases does not always equal strain on servers. They should have plenty of computing power to search whenever they want. Slowness occurs in extreme conditions typically caused by bugs or hackers.

How could you have possibly been hit so quickly? Possible they are searching for the pattern of waypoints for the bigred profile? Did you modify the profile in any way?

Lol. Fyi, 2x accounts banned in ban wave. Now I have 2 new accounts, both under my real name, which I bought with exact same PayPal account, attached same PayPal account to 1, use same phone number, use same IP, same computer, running 2 copies of D3 on same comp. on these two accounts, and still going strong. :-)
 
ya everything on DB is "detectable" its all programming, and DB is a program you use with D3, Blizz has the right to scan your RAM when you're playing D3, = ez ban, and no skin off their teeth, case closed.
