Well, botting is just utilizing a tool that is not commonly used by normal players. Using an exploit is cheating the game, hence, it's called an exploit.
 
I see a lot of bans with people using Yar. Not saying Yar is the cause but its kinda interesting. I personally don't use YAR so don't know if that could cause Blizzard to look harder.

He is just utilizing a tool which teleports / gives u more speed. No exploiting in that
