So, as many others i got banned yesterday.
I instantly submitted a ticket asking blizzard what the hell was going on. Stating that i hadnt even recived a email to why my account was banned.
So today I got the regular "banned for third party software-email" aswell as the answer to my tickets. Here is were it gets interesting.
Ticket reply:
You are receiving this message as we have found that your account has become compromised.
- What steps have we taken?
1. Temporarily suspended your Diablo 3 account as a security precaution
2. Escalated your issue to look for anything that might have gone missing from your characters
Following some links/steps on how to secure my account again so they can remove the suspension. Added a authenticator, changed email/password etc etc.
I just replied that I have done all the steps they ask me to do. Ill keep you informed wether or not ill get my account reopened.
