taking a guess here but the 4 second identify on legendary is because they want you to feel some suspense when identifying it.wow that is a game breaker.
Glad they are making big patches with such needed updates.

reducing the id to 1 sec on rare is because no one cares and theyre 99.99% shit anyway

Yeah that's my logic too. Most rares arent worth more than 1 second identifying anyways.
