[06/11] New Update Incoming...

You can technically still get 2 charms, if you started on the 8th, not the 9th. There was a small 6 hour gap on the 8th when it started, to get 12 coins.
 
Otherwise, AB has cost everyone that started on the 9th, a lot of charms...

Cmon, are you really gonna blame AB for Trion`s unschedule update when out usually update it in a span of hours?

Not to mention, you had the whole early hours of the day and morning to get the coins, also, nobody will get 2 shots at the charms, AA is gonna receive a patch that is gonna make the event end in the 22th, it`s already been confirmed by Scapes.

Trion is to blame for unscheduled patch yes, but AB did cost people 2 charms because we chose AB, not VMWare or multiple PCs. Also you can get 2 Charms, the event lasts until the 24th. Scapes is wrong as usual. It's already been data-mined, and Hodor confirmed 24th event ends.

Take some fucking responsibility for your own choices.
YOU should have known the risks/Issues when purchasing this application. If you weren't aware of this being a possible scenario, then your research skills seriously need brushing up. Might I suggest you message Scapes and tell him to stop patching during events because it screws up AB? Make sure you tell him HE cost you some coins too. If YOU are not getting some coins because of a patch by Trion, YOU are the only one to blame for being lazy/stupid/(both?) and not having a contingency plan.


Poor planning on your behalf doesn't constitute an emergency on anyone elses.
 
What do these new tokens even do?
I don't really read shit about this game I just log my jesters farmers in and out to farm gold.
Basically, how do I turn this into more gold?
 
Best chance for going mythic. There's an item you can buy where you don't chance breaking your shit when regrading. Think its 96 coins. Why everyone so pissy don't think you can afford two of it if you miss a day.
 
6 coins = 1k labor pot for patrons. These pots also have no cool down.
You earn 12 coins a day.

Or you save up for an unbreaking regrade charm.

Calm down kiddo. I was just stating actual facts. Did I not purchase AB? As a consumer, I expect a working product. They are currently not providing a working product and inadvertently cost me 2 regrade charms per account. If I would have known that AB would not have worked during event, I would have spent the time to setup VMWare which i thought about first, but then decided on AB because it seemed a better option without the hassle.
 
Is there a plug in that automatically picks those gifts up every 15 mins?

Out comes up with patches very fast so there is nothing to complain about as far as his support of ab. If you don't want to lose coins log in manually and do them till its patched. You can't expect out to patch it till he can ie if he waits for both na and eu to patch before he patches ab to work with them then he must have a reason but once eu is patched he comes out with fix very fast. Its not outs fault someone found a bug with the coins either that had to be patched during the event. I would guess trion will expend the event to make up for the lost time on this though as well although why would they when they were only down for a couple hours or whatever it was and you still have or had time to do the coins if you log in with out ab.

Thank you for referring to me as a "kiddo", as a genX child, its been a while since I've been referred to as young even sarcastically. Blaming AB for the actions of Trion is opinion, not fact. Here are some facts.
1) AB team (Out) has no control over when Trion patches.
2) AB team (Out) has to do work with the NEW files.
3) AB team (Out) has to also verify that they are circumventing security properly prior to release as well.
4) QQing on the forums will not change the actual update release time, nor will it get you a refund. It serves absolutely no productive value. (Yes my QQ referring to YOUR QQ serves very little as well)

My opinion (Though I doubt you care) If you are willing to circumvent any of their process for the chance of a couple in game items, you made a bad choice purchasing this software for your needs. While I believe Out could improve drastically on replying to request/support threads, his ability to keep this program running has been exceptional. Contingency planning is just that, the better you are prepared, the less you experience loss. IMO either prepare better for the future or accept *some* loss when things like this happen.
