05/13/2015 - 6 Month Ban wave

Banned 6 months 9 year account. I really liked my appeal response (which is automated of course) but I found this funny.

"Now something on a positive note, this isn't an account closure. The account will just be suspended for a couple of days and should be back up on 11/13/2015. This means that there's another chance to play fair and play nice!

Gotta be a lot of people getting banned, can't even log into the game now, saying login servers are unavailable.. LOL
 
Banned aswell. I dont feel bad for losing the account i feel bad for letting down the raid team
 
Seems alot of people getting hit. Its all over different forums (reddit, blizzard forum and here)

I was hit as well. 5 man Raf dungeon grp and just one of the filler accounts got hit. The others are ok.
 
Lol looks like they pissed off one too many bots. Turn that anger towards a DoS attack they have.

Good stuff, now I have to decide whether I want to play wow still or go back to EVE.

Funny note: Nov 13th or close to it, is what I'm placing my money on being the next big patch or expansion.

Botting since WotLK, never get caugh, i guess this is a time for vacation... :D

I got banned too! My one and only account. I used questbot with kicks profile. It is a 6 year old account. I botted for 2 yeasr no ban, now this 6 month shit. Crazy as hell. Time to move on. GG Blizzard, Good Bye WOW. However i wrote a ticket...maybe..

Only using garrisonbuddy and enyo on the 6 month bans.

Looks like more time for diving this summer.

I must say it's considerate of Blizzard to choose to have their banwave at the beginning of summer.
 
I got banned by being offline for 2 months. This "recent activity" goes way back. They only need to find that one reason to get you banned.
 
This is clearly blizzard's response to losing their court case in Germany. They've probably known for ages about every single person that's ever run HB.
 
ive already bought more battlechests, before the resellers raise the price to gouge all the new buyers
 
We'll see if I get back into it in November, probably not. I'll probably just enjoy the freedom too much.
 
1 Account I buyed 3 days ago didnt got banned. Botted it up to lvl 99 (3 Days long) and its still not banned. Maybe its because of the tripwire event last time. Other 2 Accounts that logged out at tripwire get banned..
