0 pikachu + rare

Bonjours I got myself there san francisco and I catch 0 pikachu 'bulbizard carapuce and that my friend he see them on are fak gps joictik esque is it normal?

Hey i got the same problem. I use a Pokemap for Berlin and i search for rare Pokemon on it, but the Problem is when i set my location at Pokefarmer to this point where a rare pokemon is, it didn't will be found by Pokefarmer. The last days it works perfectly. But today not. I think "alan simonis" got the same problem like me. He only find uncommon and common pokemon and catches onyl crap if he walks over the map.
