its not ban report, just some tips

1. 2 of them 24/7 from december, anothers 24/7 last week before banwave 29.05

2. im using YAR, may be its important to avoid bans

3. all bots and mule acc on the same PC, with the same IP, without ANY V. P. N. or Virtu AL MAchines
and i transfering gold and items directly with the mule and bots in the simple party game

4. i have some loss 18.12.2012 and i think my mule acc was flagged with connection with bots, but... seems it doesnt or....dunno

5. Without Apoc d3 starter, 14 GB full game folder for EACH BOT

6. When banwave hits, my bots running all night, only after it in the morninng i turn off it and w8ting till Sunday
one of my friend have some experience about it and he told me that - banwave always hit few times - Wednesday and Saturday too

7. But the last important thing, i think im very lucky, because i decided to change my provider 27.05.2013


Looks like reports trickling in... reminds me of the sporadic reports through November and December, until the Armageddon 12/18 banwave. Lost a lot of good soldiers that day, their contributions will not be forgotten. We have been hit before and we got back up ever stronger and we will continue to do so. Never give up my botting brothers. (c)

Hm...actually searching for bot ips and flagging them is not very good idea..cause ips could be changed. But flagging an account..well..nothing could be done. So i guess they should use flagging account methods...or maybe they use both. I give up trying to understand the story behind all those bans. Looks too chaotic to me.

I think you are very lucky, and not more. It looks like bans aren't associated with anything like 24/7, ip, etc.
I suppose this is due to the aggregate of all the factors - Blizzard has all our statistics.

P.S. Really happy for you. Lost 10/16 + mule in last bans

I tried to return my mule. 60 lvl, hand leveling, never botted. They said that I used thirdparty software, and no way to restore my acc.
As for me, it is incorrect. They can ban every account, if they want - but why thirdparty software if it isn't true...

there is two options

1. something wrong and its their mistake

2. all as suppose to be and they decide to ban mules especially

Back then there were numerous MF bots and most of them were detectable by blizzard the second they attached them self to D2. How they were detected? He did not know.

so if i use yar and bot attached to d3 BEFORE login into the diablo 3

did you get banned today LOL, did you not notice only EU was getting banned on the 27th and now US got hit on the 11th. bet 100% u got banned ^.^

They sure as hell don't flag IPs. Here in Germany 99% of all consumer DSL lines have dynamic IPs, changing once every 24h. If they were using the IP, you'd never hear of any german botters getting banned. Not to mention the risk to ban a perfectly legit player account just because he got an IP formerly assigned to a bot.
