★ DB not recognizing D3 window! Help please ★

Diablo 3 is open logged in. any ideas? i have tried diffrent video options (windowed full screen) my account us currently starter edition since i haven't upgraded yet but i have a cdkey i don't believe this is the issue as i have used starter accounts before. i stopped using DB for a while after my accounts got banned i never had this issue before. i have .net and C++ and suggestions?

Make sure you are running the most recentversion of DB, they have to do a new release each time the game is patched.
