Привет возникла проблема с ключем

Здраствуйте подскажите решение или поменяйте ключь,купил ключь на сайте пишет что он активен но когда запускаю АБ то доходит до выбора сервера и пишет следующие и закрывает клиент
15:56:07: Session with specified sid does not exist in Europe region.
15:56:08: Authentication failed! Game client terminated. Check is your Buddy Auth keys valid and check your sessions. помогите плиз разобратся скайп для связи a6ra_2012

Периодически возникает эта же ошибка. Пару дней назад удалось зайти после перезагрузки. Сейчас уже минут 20 как пытаюсь войти, но получаю сообщение, которое написал Alexander00.
