For the NA/EU AA service, it is how many days the account has Patron left.

EU requires an AB update.

EU still needs to be updated. If you get this error with NA, restart AB.

Unfortunately, to find the seed, I'd assume you need server access (which will not happen). Additionally, the same seed is likely being used by the server for tons of pseudo-RNG requests, so I really don't think it's feasible even if you managed to get the seed.
