I've just stopped the bot, filled my inventory with the 4 mats used, and the rest with the rare i want upgraded. Start whatever normal profile I would and he goes straight to the cube and finishes. Try that and see if it works for you.

As Zamphire says, run greater rifts and make sure that adventurer setting is checked to allow normal rifts if no keys. It will do greater rifts until it has no keys then it will run for a key.

That is an adventurer issue, it means that one of the bounties within the act wasn't one that is supported. So the bot skips that act since it can't do it anyway.
