I have this same issue, as soon as my DH teleports from the hidden camp to the archives of zoltun kulle he will attack any urns that spawn in the area before running up to the soulstone chamber. I have only had this issue since the latest DB update.

I just tried running it on my WD for kulle and my WD didn't cast BBV/Fetish/MC as well.
