Yes, you do need the .Net Framework and Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 for DB to run. The wizard is to help you automatically download and install those requirements. So, run (open) the wizard and wait until it says completed, or nothing appears downloading or installing. Restart your computer then...

Same issue here. But, looks like it happens to only Barb. I'm having two sessions running, one Barb and one Monk, and it happens to only Barb.

In my idea, your build must depend on stats and gears you have. With 1.2mil DPS (after buffed), 26mil toughnes and IK set, I'm quite happy with my build as linked below. I can solo T6 with small issue sometimes dealing with crazy elite pack. Group... depends on members. :D Barbarian - Game...
