I'm going to use this post to add some alternative steps, other than restarting. I have spent a lot of time on this and restarting your computer doesn't always fix it. If you have tried the DemonBuddy wizard, turned off your A/V, restarted, and reinstalled DB again already these additional steps...

Update: its working, I finally uninstalled C++ package, restarted pc and reloaded C++ and on 3rd attempt it just started working... Only like 70k an hour though, no idea how some are doing 300 or 400k, thats rediculous.

how fast is your internet? and how saturated is it?
