so last night i sort of added the plans thing twice Today i found 3 plans in the stash of one of my guys and 2 plans in the stash box of my other guy.

Diablo Puppet put this in another thread haven't tested yet. "for people wanting to pick up plans/designs check your loot rules and make sure it looks like this: <ItemRule itemName="*Design*" stack="1" /> (make sure it has the * at both ends of the name.)"
