If you need mats more then orders you must change trinity settings. Try nephalem not so hard. If you cant kill easy bot trying fight not loot. Mobs esacpe away with your char. Reduce trash pack radius and set to trash size higher than 3. (Dont do in bounties) Maybe you can set ignore trash away...

Cant handle with this xml. Need manuel movement and auto fight setup for party with players. Cant disable trinity unstucker and cant auto fight with normal mobs but elites can. How can i configure settings for manuel mov+ auto fight?

trinity combat settings demonhunter ghom avoid gas settings to minimum. Not ueseful run forum gas. Next gas spamming 10 sec later. Try kill ghom under 12 sec. Use mara amulet or lower difficulty. ghom farming relative to xp per hour. Speed kill mean more xp.
