First of all its not a bug. This is how full tab check works for all premium tabs. It will be improved in the future to store information about exact item, not the whole tab. But for now there is no workaround, you must make some space in that tab.

That is most likely caused by some "game overlay" programs like NVidia Shadowplay or MSI Afterburner. Please ensure that you do not run any of those while botting. For a complete list see Programs that Interfere with BosslandGmbH Products

Stashing settings are located at Bots -> Cross-bot Settings -> Stashing. You must explicitly specify tabs for Rares, it does not matter how many empty tabs you have, bot will stash items only to tabs specified in settings. For more info please refer to this guide.

For Map/Quest Bot: Cross-bot settings -> Chests and Shrines. If you want to disable all strongboxes just set strongbox open range to 0. Or you can disable specific strongboxes in the dropdown list. For OldGrindBot there is a GlobalChestsToIgnore list in bot's settings.
