You can switch builds on your monk. Spend 200m on each, get them 200k dps unbuffed and go cookie cutter bell spam. It does mp6-7 faster than barbs, in my case.

I'm not 100% sure (I don't use vault with my dhs) but it might help unchecking Use movement spells in trinity/config/misc. Unchecking it would mean vault won't be used ooc at all, so it would slow movement quite a bit...
