You don't use CommunityLib, hence the plugin can't access CommunityLibs cached data, hence it won't get new prophecies. It's either that, or you'll have to post a full log with debug messages enabled from Navali plugin.

Do you have antivirus or anything installed/enabled? You're missing some files from the base exilebuddy zip, hence why it fails. Redownload, make sure everything is copied over, restart the bot.

As long as you have Portal on your skillbar, the bot will use Portal Gem instead of scrolls.
