what are we to do now that gold prices have sank and items in the rmah are unsellable unless its near perfect rolls/stats?

I actually had this problem. What fixed it for me was deleting the "Belphegor" file in the Routines folder. Try it out. If not.. Goodluck.

Has anyone thought of just transferring items/gold to your main? Have a friend or just simply do the transfer yourself. Sell everything on your main account
