Anyone thats had this problem, can you comment on whether you have the "use wotb only on hard elites" box checked? I haven't ran through RRIX's code, but there may be some caveat that says if the elite isn't hard enough to use WOTB on then maybe it wont WW either.

Report back and let us know. It seemed to work for me. I was literally not finishing games when it was a problem for me. I was always getting enough deaths that I left the game, so I wasn't collecting crap for gold or items.

Yea, I don't have that enabled and still have the same problem. Edit: At this point my barb is just getting rolled. Probably spending more on repairs than I'm collecting at this rate.

Bash with Instigation

My barb has been running fine the past few days. Just noticed him dieing because he stops using whirlwind and tries to normal melee them down. Has been fine for months, no longer works today all of a sudden.

Anyone have experience in higher MP's? I'm paragon 100, 44k HP, 142k DPS. Trying to figure out what MP I can run and not worry about getting obliterated or if maybe I should change to a different build to go up in MP. My skorn has 5.4LS so that helps keep me alive on MP3 currently.

I feel like it can basically be confirmed now, if its only a problem people are seeing who run monks. It definitely tried to WoL before having enough spirit for it and then just does nothing after it fails to cast.

Bot gets stuck trying to stash items. The stash is open but my first tab is like malfunctioned and you cant see the inventory. Anyone know anything about this?

I'm not sure if Blizzard tracks user hardware and software configurations. Some games do so they know how the game runs on different settings and hardware setups. However, even if they can, they cannot do anything to you for playing with crappy graphics.
