Been having this problem for a week myself, i never have DC issues and It can be with or without HB running. Even tried running WoW on my wifes imac to see if it was just my computer.. Same thing, 1600-2000ms lag random dc's etc. Looked on the Wow tech forum and LOTS of people having this issue...
