Actually it is, at least in RoS You could increase the Minimum Trash Mob Pack Size

I had the problem that on Azmodan, he casts Rend until he is out of Fury, because he is not standing near enough to actually affect him. Also sometimes he switches to another target instead of a treasure goblin even if I set the setting to kamize.

I had the same problem though.

Surprisingly it works with 1.8.5 but not 1.8.6 and 1.8.7, even after I deleted all Settings. Its just weird that it worked perfectly with 1.8.7. I even restarted the bot before, but on some restart it became bugged.

Well I don't know why but the default setting doesn't really cast exploding palm. SunnyTiTi changes worked for me
