No it is how many DB bots you can have running the identical key at a time. So if you only bot 1 game at a time and not 3 games at a time you only need the 1 session key. Unlimited keys last for life or more realistically as long as demon buddy/diablo 3 is around for.

It is not. There is always downtime from patches with bots. But I have used this bot for diablo and there bot for wow and its a very good bot.
