there is no random. There never has been and never will be with Diablo. They have stopped drops of items in D2 saying there were too many so that in itself says they control what they want to control. But you can bet your ass that if there is a way to control the prices on RMAH they WILL do it.

on several forms they state that only when dps gets over 100k does leach beat loh. Then they had charts showing comparisons by amount of each. for example 1% ll is not going to beat 900 loh no matter what you do. so you can't just blanket the statement when is one better.
