Activision Blizzard Inc Has Settled A Lawsuit

They first lied to players on the forums about scheduled maintenance literally right when they happened, probably because the RMAH was acting up. Then they try to put a ridiculously low game limit on that caused the D3 forums to go up in flames with overflowing threads of rage, Blizzard was...

    i like pickles

I'm sure they will get back to you. They're probably just a little overloaded, and i'm not sure if they are allowed to do things like that at the moment. However I don't see a problem with changing your session types as you still can't operate the bot at the moment. Although Hawker has some...

Don't ask 1000 times why the bot isn't wokrin... READ THIS!!!

Blizzard cast spell: Injunction! "Players caught within it's blinding judgemental light are unable to operate or release bot material" Range: Over 9000! Please read around. It's kinda everywhere.

Demonbuddy injunction, some facts and thoughts ( auch in Deutsch )

Bossland would accidentally get charged a woppin' 250k

Activision Blizzard Inc Has Settled A Lawsuit

*Puts on my Gode Geass: Zero Face* "Yes. The pawns are falling perfectly into place." I just want to know who is coming up with their bright business and content ideas. They sure make a wonderful fuss at Blizzcon, then someone behind the scenes just makes it so horrible. *Cough* Activison

Any changes in best bot class since 1.0.3?

Well actually all of them are pretty bad at it, seeing as the bot isn't working for the time being. Ranged classes will forever have the advantage, and I won't change my DH opinion unless something significant happens.

    Some Info on the Injunction

Also not wise to bet on the worst possible outcome. I always pictured something like thing taking a considerable amount of time like the honorbuddy case.

    Some Info on the Injunction

The US has laws that favor towards Blizzard. That's how Glider fell. If the bot was made in the US then Blizzard could pull the same thing as with Glider and it would have been a short fight.

Why does not me bot move?

Distribution is a word used there. Also means the usage (they go hand and hand). Bot is disabled until Bossland can pull his cards together.

Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. filed an interim injunction to stop sales of DB [Update]

Their bot is trash, and even while bashing, it shouldn't be advertised on the forum. If I was an enraged bot-dependent loser id probably love the idea of a free 2 week bot.

You dun goofed. Why? Because I just backtraced it.

    Some Info on the Injunction

One would think. However things aren't quite that simple. That is why things get complicated, and why people hate lawyers. It's Blizzards intellectual property, and you acknowledged it with or without your knowing by hitting those accept buttons when you logged in. That's a very complex response...

    Some Info on the Injunction

Blizzard has enough problems themselves, they probably aren't just trying to make a fuss. There really is no increased risk though, Blizzard will not gain the rights to the information of the people who purchased the bot, and if they had some way of detecting the bot they would have banned users...

    The Mess of Patch 1.0.3

Also pretty mixed. Some things I enjoyed, some I thought had poor reasoning, and some was just simply uncalled for. Blizzard will cave, they caved due to the game limit QQ. Thread after thread were flooding the forums, they will revert some of the more extreme changes.

Depressing Dream Sequence involving BuddyTeam, Blizzard CEO and Hamburglar

    I. It's just. I don't even. Hamburglar? I lost some brain cells.

    make strict rules on forum

Any information you find on the forums isn't of any interest to Blizzard. They more or less would have more fun toying with the bot itself or just straight up suing every name they can find in regards to who runs it. They doesn't care about the players or it's silly profile .xml files. They also...

We all knew the risk (customers) - Asking for a refund is chicken shit

Stop fanboying. Sure the devs could use the money, but I don't see how your angle makes any sense. The people purchased a bot and someone turns around and takes it from them. I don't recall buying a 1 week subscription to a bot. Sure you can't really equate a lifetime subscription in regards to...
