Hum, since the plugin update i can not seem to be able to use this plugin with "[Act 2]Goblin Farm [Plugin] by Stove" plugin, looks like your plugin is breaking Stove's plugin. Will test to revert back to 1.0 and see if it works.

Wrong, life leech sucks in inferno. Not sure bout the numbers, but i think in inferno life leech is reduced to 80%, meaning: a 50k hit with a weapon with 2% life leech, would NOT return 1000 hp back to you, but like 200 . . . Lazy to do the math, but there might be a break even point here...

in v3, replace all "DamageReductionPhysicalPercent" with "LifeOnHit" . . . i believe.

Seems they fixed a lot of bugs on item rules with 171, also added LifeonHit
