Originally I didn't see any Primal Ancients checkbox, but then I got rid of my old Trinity folder and installed the beta and it appeared.

I uninstalled all of the C++ packages in my programs list that had x86 in the name (there were 4 from different years), restarted, ran the buddy wizard which installed 3 things and had check marks on all 3 rows. Restarted again. I'm getting the same error (at least it seems like that to me)...
