Hey, right now I'm sitting on 67.43%cdr. You mentioned the ideal point is 60~62%. In what way do we expect performance decrease by having more CDR? It changes the optimal casting window for the combo or what? This higher amount of CDR is for perma-law. -

My bot now seems to be slow to cast the combo. It's like it casts the Iron Skin, walks around, then casts consecration, think some more then casts Bomb, which means bomb goes in like halfway through phys CoE.
