I foolishly did not read the forums before buying and assumed that the product was in a working state. What has been sold to me is a beta product that should be given for free is users are expected to do all the debugging and “provide logs” for the development staff.

Hes not wrong though, and "it works for me" is as useless as his post without logs.

I have this issue as well and I am on Win10
