how do you set it to do normal rifts?

1/1 champion hunting banned today after several months of botting 24/7. only thing i changed recently was i upgraded from 1.634 giles trinity to the newest community edition.

i was trying to sell my gold through rmah and there was some issues due to servers being overloaded. so i tried to cancel it but the gold never returned to my stash and i didn't see a notice saying it had sold. it was a decent chunk of gold and i was upset that it might have vanished into thin...

i got the same email saying my account is locked. but i can still log in and play.... should i even contact them?
