I know in 1.7 it'll be nerfed, but optimizing the rotations to use ennervate/shitgrip combo more intelligently and as a heal, instead of standard DPS rotation would be amazing for most botters.

Default trinity is able to handle it fine -- just make sure you check "Use Akarat's off CD" under Combat->Crusader options, as well as changing your Provoke and Condemn minimum target to 1. I'm able to run t6 no problem using this build with pretty shit gear. I do however need to figure out...
