How many gph are you hitting? This error is 9/10 times related to attempting to create games back to back to back - i.e. having 'instant leave' enabled or waiting 0-1 seconds in the Trinity seconds between games. The error itself means nothing as far as whether or not they are 'onto you' but...

No, my drops have remained consistent. I don't bot rifts, only Ghom, so I can't speak specifically to your experience, but I can tell you that when I run rifts myself my drop rate is still consistent with the anniversary buff.
