No, my drops have remained consistent. I don't bot rifts, only Ghom, so I can't speak specifically to your experience, but I can tell you that when I run rifts myself my drop rate is still consistent with the anniversary buff.

Thanks for the reply rrrix and sorry for my lack of one - been a bit busy lately. When I get some time to sit down and fiddle with it I will try your suggestions and post my avoidance log back should I be unsuccessful.

I can't tell you why your DB is crashing but I can tell you if you go to Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal, register and then login it will allow you to 'kill' your activated session, enabling you to login again without issue.
