I just downloaded the new bot and its not attaching to wow while i have it open i was wondering if im missing something

Been gone for a month doing training ops came back and it wont let me DL GB for some reason can you check to make sure everything is setup correctly for me i bought Lifetime a while back so i dont see what could be stopping me from DL'ing it
