Morning I am new to AB so prolly got this wrong but account all set up but keeping getting "launch failed". I use VPN but have tried with this turned off. all avast exclusions done. Attached the latest log and dx etc any help would be great - thanks!

Hi I have tried running AB in Windows 7 comp mode, restarting PC, running it in admin mode etc but even though the updater itself works fine, none of the menu items work (and no separate windows are opening) in the AB interface window. My Dxdiag and MSinfo files are attached thanks for help!

Hi there I have followed the advice above (run as admin, run in compatability mode for Win7, restart the pc etc) but nothing is happening when I try to choose any of the menu options in the buddy - no other window opens at all, either. I've attached the dxdiag and msinfo files. Thanks!
