Hi Tony, Here you go, latest plugins installed. 1.9.7 Trinity and QuestTools 2.0.76. I would also like to add that whenever the loading screen loads longer than usual, the game that is created will always have 1000+ latency.

Thank you Kevin Spacey, I unchecked the Cut scenes from QuestTools and only leaving the Cut Scenes in the ingame options. Issue still persist, Do you think that this is related to plugins or game client?
