You can get higher spikes, just wait until you level up a paragon and the XP/H resets. Then if you mash a ton of mobs straight away you're up to crazy "Xp/H" but its fake :P

I started 2.4 with a Monk as it was the class I preferred in previous seasons. With the Generator build I ended up clearing GR72 with the bot but that was pretty much the limit. I've not tested it since gaining another 600 paragon levels or perfecting gear so perhaps GR73/74 would be possible...

Optimal xp/h is around 5 minutes per complete run (including town). So whatever GR that is for you.

Default Trinity uses EB on cooldown in my experience, unless in town. And I've not seen the problem with TP unless the in-geom buff is active, and then it will spam it until the buff is over.
