New Barb + 200 mio Budget

want to gear my new barb, got 200mio gold to spend on them

so someone can gimme an item list to run smoothe the tinnkaizer in MP5 or higher? ^^

btw, can someone show me a good build for them?

With 20 mil i can gear up a baba that farms MP4 with 130k dps buffed 8% life steal, 800 health per hit. 1k items per hour 130/140 yellows, and 1.5/1.7 Legenadries/h

i want to ask you guys if i must use this as passive: ruthless, weapon master and superstition or i must chose something else instead of superstition.also is good the bonus of 5 pieces of IK set?
