Can you get banned if you haven't been using the bot for a while?

Hey guys,

I was just wondering if anyone has heard of people getting banned despite not having botted in the past weeks/months. Do the character logs get saved somewhere? This way Blizzard could suspend the account at the next banwave although the person hasn't been botting for 3 months or whatever.

I would appreciate it if anyone could shed some light on this matter.

probably not, i think its more like they scan ur RAM or whatever and if ur using any DB they ban on the spot, but i think you have to be online when they ban you, i got banned before like 5 minutes after stopping my bot and playing normally once, so it doesnt have to be running to get you banned

Last Big ban Wave my friend got banned and he didnt bot for 1 months before the ban ....

Yes if you bot you WILL get a ban sooner or later if your account was flagged. If you botted on main I would sugjest xfering gear to fresh acc

They can not scan your RAM or scan your computer for any DB files, that is illegal (at least in the US).
