Diablo 3 RMAH Refund?

Hello ladies and gents!

I started out purchasing about 85.00 USD worth of gear and gems on the RMAH. (So I could begin botting.) I had a good run, but I got caught in the ban wave a few weeks back.
I was wondering if I can get them to refund my money? As those items I purchased are rendered useless now that I have no access to them.

I tried looking through their terms of agreement and scrolling through their forums, however, I can't find any answers to my question...
Is anybody out their familiar with legal actions, or know how their system works in regards to my situation?

Any advice or info would be greatly appreciated.
(Links to their policies on this situation, or attempts by others would be very helpful.)

Not meaning that "if you cheat, you must conform", but it's a simple logic:
When you buy itens at RMAH you are sending the money to another person, not to Blizzard. Let's say you want a refund, so is BLIZZARD going to give your money back since BLIZZARD wasn't the seller of item? how can it procedure? the answer is simple NO, Blizzard cannot do it even if they wanted to refund you.

I'm not whining and bitching about losing the money. I know I cheated, and I'm fine with that, I knew the risks involved. I'm simply inquiring if it were possible to ask for a refund from blizzard.

Is English a foreign language to you? I'm not even going to try and decrypt your first sentence. Is Indian giving relative to ANYTHING in this post? I can literally copy and paste what I said to Gentoo-- and it would apply just as well to you.

Sold 54.20 usd in gold
Sold 73.50 usd in items.
So I'm left with around 40 bucks. Which covers the cost of the bot (as I have no use for it now, I'm going to give it away). I'm in the hole 60 for the game (Not a big deal) Soo... Never really flushed anything down the toilet. Just lost a D3 account.

PS. Can we get a mod to delete lock this thread? My question was answered. Not interested in arguing with morons over frivolous shit. Thanks!

Are you American? Maybe if you were you are you should research your history about how we gave something away then stole it back. It implies a person with low character that gives or sells something then takes it back.

If you are simply inquiring, it means you are actively working through the situation because you are unhappy with the result. If you could get your money back you would. So you would still fall into the category of crying/complaining.

If you really need me to use proper English on my prior post I can. Then again, its not that hard to read if you have an IQ over 2. Poorly written or not.
