It's 8.2 ('cause VTC always updates their server about 2 weeks after the NA/RU servers do.

Yeah, but they're often on different build numbers. Look for the "#" in the login screen, it'll tell you the build number. If I'm not mistaken, Vietnam is on 442 or something right?
