[Batch File] DB_Run: Command-line based Anti-Crash and Relogger

1. As was mentioned above use 2.3 version first. See if it works. It was posted by a kind soul a few pages back.
2. If 2.3 doesn't work don't despair yet. Try change the login screen parameter from the default 15 seconds.
3. If it sill fails then tough luck. Change the PC. I know it sounds absurd but it's true. No matter what I did I started fine 2.3 on 2 PCs, but on the 3rd nothing, absolutely nothing can make it work. It just crashes at start.

Why not to kill yourself to release us from you?
Used trinity .10 for 2 days without any problem, today morning changed to .11 and d3 crashed 5 times in 30 minutes. Now running .10 and no crash all day long.
So as i told, i cant test it right now, that's why im asking someone who can.

i changed to version 2.2 and it's working fine now. thanks for the suggestion guys.
 
hi i really like ur batch relogger but i was wondering if u could add something like : wait x min till next login attempt , for cases of server maintenance and login fails. because if the relogger tries to relog over and over again, itll attract blizzards attention.... id rather have it wait x min after ONE fail login, thank you very much :D
 
it doesnt log in for me. i openes d3 and waits long till it opens DB ... I tried to log in manually and it works but i dont know why it doesnt even try to type the password .

any tips?

edit: maybe its related to my 800x600 1:1 window position ( UP LEFT in the screen)??

I really dont understand why it doesnt even try to type password it just does nothing and opens DB after a while... please guys help me out I did it 3 times from scratch and still same stupid error

do u mind uploading 2.3 here? i used 2.4 before patch, its not working anymore, has some weird loop in town right after game creation

too bad the dev isnt active here anymore
 
i used 2.4 before patch, i tried 2.3 now, it keeps idling in town right after start, 2.4 and 2.3 dont work for me
 
Use YAR. It has a GUI, you know. This tool is for command line lovers.
And it does work. If you know to set them up.

This does not work with some profiles (probably those with custom tags that require "kickstart"), but Act 3 champ farming profile by rrrix works beautifully. I've been using it for a few weeks now.
 
I really see the potential in this application!

I've run into a problem with it though. Works great first time I start the application, everything is running smooth untill it decides to take a break. When the break is done, and it restarts d3 and db i get an error saying: "Demonbuddy.exe - Application Error. The exception unknown software exception (0xe0434352) occured in the application at location 0x7538b760." Exactly same happens for all my bots. If i restart the application, everything works again. Any possible solution to this strange problem?
 
I would love this even more if you could make it work with Apoc's D3Starter.. I am unsure if i am just stupid or is there a way to start multiple D3's+Bot with this?
Other then that, it works perfect with just a single bot. +1
 
Is this thread dead? I have been using the batch file and although it has its pros and cons, I am pretty happy with it. I made a small modification that helped with running multiple copies of the script and the confusion with closing the wrong demonbuddy and diablo 3 during a full bot restart, no batch knowledge even needed.


(1) Open 2nd copy of script using notepad (just need the "replace" command)
(2) On your 2nd copy of the script, go to edit, replace
original text is DBPID and replace with DBPID2 (this is so that your 2nd script has a unique variable for demonbuddy process ID)
(3) Repeat the edit, replace command
original text is D3PID and replace with D3PID2 (this is so that your 2nd script has a unique variable for Diablo 3 process ID)

Done.. Repeat if you have a 3rd script, and so on making each one increment (script 3 uses DBPID3, 4, 5 etc)

This should fix the problem when the wrong process gets killed.

Edit: Just wanted to mention I am using ISBOXER also
 
Yes WackJagon, u are right. This thread is pretty much dead and I have not been able to support it any longer coz my accounts have been banned.

The changes that you have done is correct! There were still some bugs with the last version that was released. Didn't have sufficient time to fix them and thoroughly test them.

I'm surprised that you guys are still using this though lol! There must be way better reloggers out there now right?
