[Bot] (Beta) DungeonBuddy - A Dungeon bot.

Beginning to think / feel the healer isn't doing enough to keep the group alive. Running my group full singular. Resto heals.

HV can I roll with default resto heals settings in singular or can u recommend settings for me. Just doesn't seem responsive enough.

Realized at one point my guardian was stuck trying to brez a DPS and kept wiping the group through trash...

With the latest script updates, I get this error message after starting the bot (automatic downloading of new scripts is enabled):

Before the today's updates, I didn't had this problem.

I'm getting that same error message as well. bot is standing still, not moving. It's kind enough to roll on items tho, so at least the plugins were functioning :/

if i start the Bot, he trys to rdm Que but he doesnt. What the Problem?
 
I haven't used DB before, so I might be missing something simple, such as it just doesn't run Stormstout Brewery. It invites everyone, then I click join as party on the leader, everyone joins and we enter the dungeon, then we stand there :)

Summary: Wont dps, heal or tank
Class:Blood dk, holy paladin, frost dk, [2] feral druids
CustomClass: CLU and Superbad
Roles: Tank, healer, dps
Queue Type: Specific MOP DUngeon
Party Mode: Leader, followers
Dungeon: Stormstout Brewery
 
Not Moving

Same as the person above me

Summary: No movement, DPS or moving at all
Class: Frost Mage
CustomClass: Superbad
Roles: DPS
Queue Type: Random MoP Dungeon
Party Mode: No
Dungeon: Siege of Niuzao Temple

Bot queues, accepts queue - stands there and does not move. Please see log below.

For all the people with the issue, that their chars aren't moving...
Take a look at your logs.

E.g.: From OmniRed:

That's the reason why.

Turn off automatic script updates in the bot config and exit the bot.
After that, edit that file and comment out line 6.
Restart your bot -> Works

I'm running 5 bots...and I think each role has it's own individual issue tho.

Can anyone confirm so I know if I have my own issues or if this is limitation of a 5 man team?

Well, It did not die.
But my groups DPS was good tho.
And I was using a heroic level weapon at a level 86 character.
So that might have done something.

Il'l try it again tomorrow.
Jade Serpent palace thingy did not work tho.
Seemed like there was no Mesh there, whatso ever :/

Try the Singular CC.
I do sometimes, have problems with other CC's while using DB.

You shouldn't have to click join as party, everything should be automatic.

Are you using dungeon buddy or party bot?

Do you have leader set on tank in DB bot config and party mode + follower for the others?

I had problems with using CLU walking past trash on route to the bosses. Try running singular at least til you get it operating properly - then test with other cc/cr...but I always end up going back to singular for this.

I guess movement for CLU isn't totally reliable (at least that was stated in the thread a month ago...not sure if that has improved since)

Ok that helps. Im in panda greens + a few blues. My group is mid 85 level on all my toons.

Highvoltz said jade serpent has mesh issues, and better off avoiding it for the time being FYI.

what do you mean by comment out line 6?
 
Open the file c:\Honorbuddy\Dungeon Scripts\Mists of Pandaria\Dungeons\Scholomance Heroic.cs and comment out (use // in front of it) line 6...
Ofc you have to use the path on YOUR system...

Same with the person above me, it does this for all of the instances been able to get into at this point. I've commented out line 6, which is the avoidance part of it, but it's doing the same with the other instances as well.
 
@botorific - thanks for the tip, I didn't know the others had to be in Partybot! Tried it again, got loading tiles and a number of errors in the log, so probably need to wait for an update or somethin.
 
No I was trying to tell u NOT to do party bot. You want the party mode option in the dungeon buddy bot config. Set the others to follow. Tank to leader, with party members listed for the tank only. Do not use the "leader plugin" - DB had it's own settings. All members set to dungeon buddy.
