Nesox and other db devs, need your opinion on this - urgent matter, invisible dummy ?

Apparently there is some invisible object that spawns randomly in tower lvls and drops gold upon being attacked. User iAce just mentioned this and posted the full db log in chat. At the risk of looking extremely tinfoiled i believe this might be a method that blizzard uses to catch bots, as the entity is completely invisible to the human eye (probably 1 pixel large) thus making it detectable by bots only. So 4176 is the invisible unit? This is already in the blacklisted items/units

I mentioned this in IRC, but i'll mention it here too.
That unit/monster/whatever has existed for some time now - It's been blacklisted as far back as trinity 1.6.2 (and probably farther, I just don't have any older copies to check).
The most likely problem is that with all the people editing trinity, some things are getting broken and people are experiencing issues (such as the bot ignoring the blacklist, perhaps?)
 
cos its easier to make a new thread, before use the brain a little bit :)
 
I can confirm that my bot got stuck on 4176 a few times
this seems more like a trinity plugin issue and not the program itself

I have seen the bot try and attack the worms that spawn in the craters before any visible evidence, these are real existant monsters, just hidden underground until they're ripe to attack; but some stay under longer and appear to be "traps" of the same nature. The worms should just be blacklisted IMHO.
 
Shakes head. Actorid 4176 is the green goo that comes out after you kill a Reviled. They are the quick monsters that you see in Act 3 Battlefield.
